Cancellations and refunds

Last updated: October 1, 2026. The Spanish version of this document controls in case of any discrepancy.

1. Monthly plans

• Contract (3, 6, 9 or 12 months): the plan is cancelled at the end of the chosen term. Let us know on WhatsApp or by email before your next billing date. If you cancel before the term ends, the remaining months of the contract are charged.
• Month to month: cancel anytime, with notice before your next billing date. Service stays active until the end of the month already paid.
• Yearly payment: non-refundable once service has started.
• No refunds for months already started.

2. Websites, design and video (one-time payment)

• Full refund if you cancel before we send the first design proposal.
• 50% refund if you cancel after the first proposal and before final delivery.
• No refund after final delivery or once the site is published.

3. AI assistant

The setup fee ($297) is refundable only if you cancel before we begin training the assistant. Monthly fees follow the monthly plan rules.

4. Ad spend

What you pay directly to Meta, TikTok or Google does not go through us and is not refundable by us.

5. How to request one

Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (202) 249-5928 or email with your name and the service. Approved refunds are made to the same card within 5 to 10 business days.
