Privacy policy

("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and your choices.
1. Data we collect
- Contact details: name, WhatsApp number, email, business name and type, city.
- Conversations: messages you send us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, including those handled by our AI assistant.
- Onboarding form information: business details, materials and access you share so we can provide the service.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store card numbers.
- Browsing data: cookies and technical data from our website, and Meta ad data, to measure results.
2. How we use it
- To answer your questions and recommend a service.
- To provide, bill and support the services you purchase.
- To send you information about your service and, if you have not purchased, no more than two follow-up messages.
- To measure and improve our ads and services.
3. Artificial intelligence assistant
Our WhatsApp is answered by an AI virtual assistant. Conversations are processed by technology providers to generate replies. We do not use your conversations to train third-party AI models. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
4. Who we share data with
Only with providers that help us operate: Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Stripe (payments), our CRM and automation tools, AI providers, and the production team that creates your content. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
While you are a client and up to 3 years afterward, or as required by law for tax and accounting purposes. Data from people who only asked questions is deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or stop receiving messages, by writing "STOP" on WhatsApp or emailing . We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use providers with recognized security measures and limit access to your data to the people who need it to provide the service.
8. Minors
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
